Missing

As the attorney for the Horman family we have reason to believe the US government had full knowledge of Charles Horman’s death in Chile in 1973. The evidence Mr. Ed Horman collected during his trip to Chile will verify this belief and bring justice to the wrong doers in this situation.
While visiting Chile in an attempt to find his son Mr. Horman met with the US embassy numerous times. Never was the embassy able to give my client a definitive answer about his son’s whereabouts. Instead a series of propositions of what “may have happened” to Charles was constantly spewed off by the embassy. Whenever my client suggested the Chilean government was involved in this situation, an excuse was given to why they were not. Even when a close American friend of Charles’s was found dead, the US government still denied any Americans were intentionally being killed in Chile.
After finding out Charles had been executed in front of a large group of prisoners two weeks before Mr. Horman arrived in Chile, the US embassy finally admitted Charles’s death and gave details as to where his body was. This quick admittance leads us to believe the US government had full knowledge of this act of violence and did nothing to protect Charles Horman.
